What business are you in?
We are a proud locally-made Ready-To-Wear womenswear brand that's created in 2021. We focus on creating essential items and transformable pieces that can elevate ones look and can be worn casually or can be worn in semi-formal events.
Who is your target market?
We aim for women around age of 18 - 25 yo, that have feminine side and like a little twist of design in their everyday-to-go clothes.
They live in a big hustling city with middle-up income and like to hangout or have an active social life.
What is your competitive advantage?
We wanted Réencia's design to differ from the rest of red ocean fashion industry brands and try to stand out.
Since the 2 of us are Fashion Design & Business graduates, we both became the creative director ourselves and design all of our pieces based on thorough trend and market research.
We tried to came up with designing essential items and everyday-to-wear pieces with little twists;
Our strongest value comes in creating transformable pieces that can be easily mixed and matched and people won't be out of ideas to wear them often due to its flexibility to change look (e.g top with detachable obi belt or sleeves)
Another twist we thought of, is using unique materials and details. You can find materials such as textured cotton on our essential tanks or tops.
Other than that, we have strict quality control that will make sure all of the items' stitches and condition are in perfect condition.
Who is your competition? Is there a competitor that you admire most? If so, why?
From the start, we have set @clarynthelabel to be our most admirable competitor.
"we make basics but better." We like their idea and want to embody it within our brand, of course with our own touch and our own value.
Although they have only stood for several years, but their marketing plans are well executed, since they already have a very comprehensive website.
They also have transparency in communication with their customers and they deliver it clearly (they inform that there have been changes in regulations due to pandemic)
Their brand identity is also strong "basic but better" and also they have high engagements on their social media platform.
If you could communicate a single message about your business, what would it be?
Réencia is all about creating locally-made unique, twisted, transformable items that follow the trend, and have the competitive quality and design.
