What business are you in?
Surfactans & Co originally established not only just to focus on selling our own clothes, but we want to develop more on other types of fashion wear.
We end up choosing casual sneakers as our first product, we conduct research & development for our own brand design, the researches take times for about 1+ year, before finally we can launched it yesterday on 10 May 2021.
Who is your target market?
We targeted school students, college students and people who value local products so we can learn, develop more and be mature in the future.
What is your competitive advantage?
We came with an idea and conclude that until now there are no one by our age that had started and successfully built their own fashion brand by selling their own original shoes, especially casual sneakers. From there we knew that this is our opportunity and at the same time its become our advantage.
Who is your competition? Is there a competitor that you admire most? If so, why?
I think there are no competitor for us, because as we know there’s still no one from our age circle that tries to develop their brand and creating their own shoes especially shoes as their product sales. So, we create our own market due to the fact there are no competitor.
If you could communicate a single message about your business, what would it be?
Envision by four college students that have a dream to make something different in the fashion line industry.
We ensure that our products are made one hundred percent from Indonesia including the material that we use.
We also collaborating with passionate local craftsmen because we want to deliver the best outcome for our customers later in the future.
